We ask all students to complete this Advice Request Form to allow us to understand your situation and we will get in touch to offer further guidance or an appointment.

Westminster Students' Union Advice offers friendly, confidential advice to all UoW students. Our service is free and completely independent from the University. Therefore, we do not have any direct involvement or control over their decisions.

We do not have access to your University Student Records, therefore please check the information you provide before submitting.

Please note we operate a 3 working day response rate to this form.

We can provide you with general guidance on the following University processes:

- Academic Appeals
- Academic Misconduct
- Student Complaints
- Disciplinary procedures
- Mitigating Circumstances
- Guidance on accessing university services

We provide advice by email, via MS Teams or over the phone appointments.

During term time, Westminster Students' Union Advice operates between Monday - Friday.

During summer months, Westminster Students' Union Advice operates between Monday - Thursday.
